Watford FC's Community Sports and Education Trust runs over 25 projects across Health and Wellbeing, Skills and Learning, Social Inclusion and Football Development. Flagship programmes include Man On! (free mental health support for men 18+ in Watford, St Albans and Rickmansworth via football and workshops), Empower (mental wellbeing for 9-12 year olds), and Positive Minds for Year 6 pupils. The Trust engages over 16,000 people annually.
