Free drop-in health and wellbeing advice from Watford Borough Council, with sessions at Cussans House, the Town Hall and Meriden Foodbank.
Watford Healthy Hub offers free drop-in health and wellbeing support with no booking required. Sessions run Tuesdays 10am to 2pm at Cussans House (The Conservatory) on Croxley View, Wednesdays 10am to 2pm at Watford Town Hall on Hempstead Road, and Fridays 9am to 1pm at Meriden Foodbank on Garsmouth Way. Visiting specialists cover mental health and suicide awareness, domestic abuse, addiction, bereavement, dementia, stop smoking, cancer prevention, safeguarding and cost-of-living help.
