The service does not operate a drop-in. Instead residents can call the freephone advice line on 0808 278 7811 or 0800 144 8848, open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3pm. Offices are based in Crowborough, Hailsham and Uckfield, with the registered address at Uckfield Library, Library Way, High Street TN22 1AR. Online resources cover fuel vouchers, energy and winter support.
