NHS Talking Therapies provider for Suffolk delivering free one-to-one CBT, guided self-help, workshops and online support for adults 16+.
Wellbeing Suffolk is the NHS Talking Therapies provider for Suffolk, run by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. It is free and open to anyone aged 16 and over living in Suffolk with mild to moderate problems such as stress, anxiety, low mood or depression. Support includes guided self-help, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling for depression, interpersonal therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, plus online workshops, podcasts and community events. Self-refer online or call 0300 123 1503, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. GPs and other professionals can also refer.

Eligibility: Adults aged 16+ registered with a GP in Suffolk experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression or stress.
Area covered: East Suffolk
Not suitable for: Wellbeing Suffolk is not for under-16s or for people needing acute mental-health crisis care. People in crisis should call NHS 111 option 2; under-16s should be referred to the Children & Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Hub.
