Free NHS talking therapies service for adults in Suffolk experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and low mood.
Wellbeing Suffolk is the NHS Talking Therapies service run by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, free to anyone aged 16 or over living in Suffolk. It supports people with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, stress, panic, phobias, OCD and post-traumatic stress through a mix of guided self-help, online workshops, podcasts, cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling for depression, interpersonal therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. People can self-refer via the online form or by calling 0300 123 1503, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Referrals from GPs and other health and social care professionals are also welcome.
