Weekly Epping wellbeing programme at The Space, Epping Forest District Museum, with a community cafe, Men's Shed and social club.
Wellbeing Wednesdays runs every Wednesday at The Space at Epping Forest District Museum, with a free Community Cafe open 12pm to 1.45pm for socialising over refreshments. The programme also includes a Mens Shed delivered by VAEF, a Social Activity Club, Museum Movers dance for over-55s and Puzzle Club. The aim is to reduce isolation and boost emotional and physical wellbeing for older residents. To book or ask about activities, contact the museum on 01992 564226.
