Wesley Hall is a community centre attached to Wesley Hall Methodist Church in central Blackburn. They host the ARC Project supporting asylum seekers and refugees with applications, housing, employment and emotional wellbeing. The centre also runs a food bank, antenatal and parenting classes for under-5s, elders social lunch sessions, arts, exercise and outdoor activities, and offers legal and immigration drop-in help.
