Free confidential domestic abuse helpline and support for women, men and children in Shropshire - refuge, advocacy and outreach.
West Mercia Womens Aid runs a dedicated Shropshire helpline from 7am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends and bank holidays. Specialist workers give information and support on safety planning, reporting to police, housing and onward referral to refuge or Independent Domestic Violence Advisers. Live chat is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for people who prefer to text. All calls are confidential unless there is a safeguarding concern.
