Council-funded wellbeing hub offering free advice on weight, smoking, alcohol, mental health and activity in Adur and Worthing.
Adur and Worthing Wellbeing is one of six West Sussex Wellbeing hubs. Wellbeing Advisors offer free face-to-face, online and phone support on stopping smoking, alcohol reduction, falls prevention, physical activity, healthy weight and preventing cardiovascular disease.
