Chichester Wellbeing Hub offering free lifestyle advice and behaviour-change support to local residents.
Chichester Wellbeing is the local hub of the countywide West Sussex Wellbeing programme, run jointly by West Sussex County Council and Chichester District Council. Wellbeing Advisors offer free blood pressure tests, NHS Health Checks for 40 to 74 year olds, fortnightly weight monitoring on Tanita scales, stop smoking, alcohol and weight loss workshops and healthy eating advice. The HeartSmart Walk Programme runs guided walks throughout the district, alongside Walking with Poles taster sessions and occupational health support for employers.
