Horsham Wellbeing Hub providing free behaviour-change and lifestyle support across Horsham District.
Horsham Wellbeing is the Horsham District hub of the countywide West Sussex Wellbeing partnership. The Wellbeing Hub is inside Swan Walk Shopping Centre, Horsham, open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm except Wednesday mornings. Wellbeing Advisors offer free Wellbeing MOT appointments, stop smoking and weight management support, NHS Health Checks, blood pressure checks, alcohol advice and falls prevention. Outreach clinics run monthly at Billingshurst, Henfield, Steyning and Storrington.
