Mid Sussex Wellbeing Hub offering free advice and signposting on weight, smoking, alcohol and mental wellbeing.
Mid Sussex Wellbeing is the local hub of the West Sussex Wellbeing partnership and runs across Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and East Grinstead. Wellbeing Advisors offer free face-to-face weight management groups, stop smoking programmes, up to six alcohol behaviour change coaching sessions, NHS Health Checks for ages 40 to 74, and home heating and falls prevention advice.
