The Waltham Forest Mental Health Single Point of Access (SPA) is the front door to NELFTs community mental health services for adults aged 18+. It is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday from the Jane Atkinson Health and Wellbeing Centre, 714 Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 3HP. The team takes referrals from GPs, professionals, families, carers, walk-in centres and self-referrals (call 0300 300 1570 option 4 or email WFMHSPAEnquiries@nelft.nhs.uk). For mental health crisis 24/7 call 111 and press option 2.

Not suitable for: Service is for Waltham Forest GP-registered adults only. Anyone in mental health crisis should call 111 option 2 or Mental Health Direct on 0800 995 1000. Children and young people use CAMHS.
