Activities include a free larder cupboard, a charity cafe, baby and toddler sessions, urban movement classes, singing, yoga, tai chi, exercise classes for the over-60s, a dementia cafe and community lunches. It is self-funding and welcomes children, families, older people and people living with dementia and their carers.
