Whitstable community centre offering older adult activities, lunches and social groups.
The Whitstable Umbrella Community Centre is at St Marys Hall, Oxford Street, Whitstable, Kent CT5 1DD. The centre hosts yoga and meditation including Wake Up to Stretch and donation-based Community Yoga, plus tai chi, art, dance, fitness, board games, baby and toddler groups and a computer club. Support groups using the hall include Bright Shadow for people living with dementia, Different Strokes for stroke survivors, Positive Birth, La Leche League and a bereavement group. The hall also hosts the Whitstable Farmers Market and antique fairs.
