Free Carers Health and Wellbeing Service offering information, advice, support groups, counselling and emergency planning across Wirral.
WIRED runs the Wirral Carers Health and Wellbeing Service, free support for adult carers including parent carers and young adult carers in transition. They offer information, advice, counselling, an emergency contact service, training, statutory carer assessments and support groups in locations including Wallasey and West Kirby. Support is provided by telephone, email, social media and face to face appointments, including signposting to local services, benefits advice, leisure activities and emotional support. The service is funded by Wirral Council and the NHS.
