Wirral Mind is an independent mental health charity, established in 1967 and affiliated to the national Mind federation. They support people experiencing mental health difficulties through counselling, befriending, supported living, drop-in groups, training and lived experience networks for substance misuse and suicide prevention. The charity also runs creative and therapeutic services. Their aim is to normalise mental health conversations, tackle stigma and discrimination and help the Wirral community live mentally healthier lives.
