Free Witham library offering Warm Welcomes, free Wi-Fi, hot drinks, rhyme time, LEGO sessions and signposting.
Witham Library at 18 Newland Street, Witham CM8 2AQ offers free WiFi, computers, printing, photocopying, study space, accessible facilities and a 'Give and Take' Community Resources table where residents can donate or take non-perishable food and toiletries. Regular activities include Essex Knitters and Stitchers on the first Wednesday of each month (10am-12 noon), and the library acts as a small electrical/battery recycling and hearing-aid battery collection point. Opening times are Mon-Tue 9am-5:30pm, Wed 9am-7pm, Thu-Fri 9am-5:30pm, Sat 9am-5pm; phone 0345 603 7628.
