Worcester Citizens Advice runs a free Adviceline on 0808 278 7891, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and an SMS callback service on 0798 44 39 479. Email advice at citaworcester.org.uk. Drop-in sessions at the Hopmarket city centre office run Mondays and Tuesdays 9:30am-12pm and Wednesdays 1pm-3pm (no Thursday or Friday drop-in). Specialist services cover Housing, SmartLets, Benefits, Debt and Money Management, Pension Wise and Cancer and Palliative Care support. A separate Herefordshire SMS service is available on 0750 724 0905.
