Worst Kept Secret is a Merseyside helpline run by Local Solutions for anyone affected by domestic abuse, including survivors, family members and friends. Trained advisers listen without judgment, talk through available options, and link callers with appropriate practical and emotional support. The service offers phone, text, email and online webchat support, and calls do not appear on landline bills. In emergencies callers are directed to 999.
