Free, confidential drug and alcohol service for young people aged 10-21 in Plymouth, run by Hampshire-based Inclusion.
Y-SMART supports children, teenagers and young adults in Plymouth who are using or worried about drugs or alcohol, including their parents and carers. Workers meet young people at school, college or community venues, offer brief advice, harm reduction and longer-term support, and link in with mental health and youth services.
