You First is delivered by The YOU Trust Paragon team as the Dorset Integrated Domestic Abuse Service. It runs a 24-hour helpline, refuge accommodation, community outreach workers, IDVA advocacy, and Recovery Toolkit therapeutic programmes. Support is available to women, men, children and LGBTQ+ survivors across Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
