The free Parents Helpline 0808 802 5544 is open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 9.30am to 4pm, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9.30am to 6pm, with webchat Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm and email replies within three to five working days. Young people can text YM to 85258 for free 24/7 crisis text support via Shout. Online guides cover anxiety, depression, identity, medication, CAMHS, eating problems and supporting a child. Free across the UK.
