Your Wellbeing Bedfordshire is a free social prescribing service delivered by Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity from The Old School, Cardington, Bedford MK44 3SX. Community Wellbeing Champions offer one-to-one support to set goals and connect with local activities. Wellbeing spaces with hot drinks and company run in Bedford, Biggleswade, Dunstable, Potton, Sandy, Shefford and Shortstown. The team also runs free wellbeing walks, the You Can Do IT! digital programme, Village and Community Agents for older people, Good Neighbour schemes and community transport. Phone 01234 838771.
